Lamps, sconces, pendants, and luminaires from studios that treat light as material. The lighting sector opens Hall A — designed as a dark, contemplative space where each fixture can be read on its own terms.
Hall A opens the show. We've staged it as a slow, dark gallery — a kilometre of corridor walked at the pace you'd take a museum. Each booth is lit independently so that fixtures read against their own backdrop rather than fighting fluorescent overhead grids.
The selection runs from established studios with regional reach to a handful of first-edition brands shown publicly for the first time. Glass, ceramics, brass, paper, smoked oak, mouth-blown borosilicate — the material list is short on purpose.
Adjacent to Hall A: the Talks stage, where the sector lead hosts a Saturday-evening conversation on light as material with three of the showing studios. Open seating, ninety minutes.
Four lighting slots remain for Vol. 01. Applications close 31 July 2026; curation replies within ten working days.
